While most bouquets begin to fall after only 12 hours,

Black-Tie Birthday
Our "Black-Tie Birthday" bouquet would be perfect to wish your
classy guy a happy birthday. We make a great big bouquet
of 7 onyx black balloons covered with top hats, canes, and ties
and accent it with round foil balloons that say "You Deserve the
Best". We've decided that the bouquet looks better
without the 3 clear Happy Birthday balloons (it is priced
accordingly). We can anchor this classy bouquet in a
top hat filled with gold-wrapped chocolates.
